What are the payment terms?

All prices for items sold through the Free a Girl webshop include VAT. We do our utmost to mention the correct price for items in all cases. The price in the shopping cart is always leading, even if it differs from the price indications on other pages in the webshop.

How can I make a payment?

You can pay in our webshop in three different ways:

  1. Directly with iDeal
  2. With a Visa or Mastercard
  3. Through PayPal

Can I also receive a business invoice?

Yes, you can also pay on account. Please contact shop@freeagirl.nl

There is no invoice with my order. How do I know what to pay?

You have received a confirmation of receipt in your mailbox immediately after placing your order with all the details. If you still have questions, please contact customer service. Send an email to shop@freeagirl.nl

I’m not sure if my order or payment has gone through correctly.

You will automatically receive a confirmation email containing an overview of your order. If you haven’t received this, you can assume that your order has not been processed. Check your spam box just to be sure.

We also advise you to always check your balance. Perhaps your balance is insufficient. If your balance is sufficient, try placing an order again.

Returns

Can I change or cancel my order?

It may occur that an order does not meet the expectations of the recipient, there can be various reasons for this.

If you do not wish to purchase an article for any reason, you have the right to return the product within 14 working days after delivery. Please contact customer service. Send an email to shop@freeagirl.nl.

Returns are only accepted if the article’s packaging is undamaged.

The direct costs of returning the goods are for your account.

How can I return my purchase?

Unfortunately, for administrative reasons, it is not possible to change or cancel an order yourself. Please contact our customer service.
